As a day-of coordinator, I meet with you starting up to four months in advance to cover all the logistical details and ensure your vision comes to life on the big day. We create a day-of timeline, communicate with vendors, take care of any last minute details and much more. I'm dedicated and detail-oriented, which is a nice way of saying I'll be obsessed with creating the perfect day for you(😅). That means I'll be the one calling 40 venues to find a location that fits your budget, guest count, date, and aesthetic. I'll also be the one sending emails and fielding phone calls to vet vendors, to create your perfect team, sparing your inbox the back and forth. I will be your consultant, sounding board, shoulder to cry on, and new BFF for the wedding planning journey!
